1. Who we are
Pawad Medical Supplies Ltd. (“Pawad”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a private limited company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya (Reg. No. CPR/2014/152334), with our registered office at Pawad House, Enterprise Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi 00100. We are registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Kenya as a supplier of non-clinical pharmaceutical products under registration No. 2017/14302.
2. About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed through pawadmedical.co.ke. By placing an order with us you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by them. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and resident in Kenya (or one of the East African Community member states we currently ship to) in order to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the contact and delivery information you provide is accurate.
4. Products
Our products are non-clinical pharmaceutical, wellness, hygiene and personal-care formulations. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before beginning a new regimen, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing or taking prescription medication.
We make every effort to ensure that product images, descriptions and ingredient lists on our site are accurate. Slight variations in colour, texture or aroma may occur from batch to batch as a natural consequence of working with botanical raw materials.
5. Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate of 16%. Delivery fees are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders for which you have already received an order confirmation.
Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order if a product is unexpectedly unavailable, there is a pricing or description error, or we are unable to verify your details.
6. Payment
- M-Pesa via Paybill 247247 (Account: your order ID).
- Card — Visa and Mastercard, processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner.
- Pay on delivery in cash, available within Nairobi and Kiambu counties only.
7. Delivery
We dispatch from Nairobi within one working day of receiving cleared payment. Estimated delivery times:
- Within Nairobi: same day or next working day
- Major towns: 2 – 3 working days
- Other counties: 3 – 5 working days
- EAC cross-border: 7 – 10 working days
8. Returns and refunds
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of items whose seal has been broken, except in the case of a manufacturing fault. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please email hello@pawadmedical.co.ke within 7 days of receipt with photographs and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, product names, photography and copy on this site are the property of Pawad Medical Supplies Ltd. and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by Kenyan law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya and any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
